ALIGNED & EMPOWERED COACHING 2026

The 3 month wellness accelerator begins in January or February and will continue for 12 weeks. We will set goals together and touch on all aspects of your life. In these 3 months we will take a look at your values, the narratives and beliefs you hold about yourself, and how to uncover your true authentic self, reach your goals, and rewire your brain using Somatic, CBT, and herbal modalities. 

In the 3 month coaching relationship ($3000)

-One 2-hour long initial consult

- Three 1 hour long calls/month (9 total) (if local, these sessions can be in-person)

- 2 Handcrafted boxes full of customized self-care goodies and a journal for recording prompts and realizations throughout the program. 

- Ongoing virtual support through resources, videos, and workshops.
