You can have all the insight in the world and still not know how to embody your life.

That's the gap most wellness programming never addresses. Your people already understand their stress. They have the vocabulary, the self-awareness, the tools. They've done the therapy, read the books, built real insight into their patterns.

And they're still burned out.

Because insight and regulation are controlled by different systems. Meaning all of that insight doesn't actually help us live our lives more effectively. Most wellness programming works on one. This work operates on both — and specifically on the one that most programs miss entirely.

Audiences leave having done something. Not just learned something.

What your team actually walks away with:

Participants gain:

  • A clear understanding of why self-awareness alone doesn't prevent burnout — with the neuroscience that explains why, not just that it's true
  • An introduction to interoception — the body-based self-awareness most wellness programs miss entirely — and how to develop it as a daily skill
  • The Integrated Root™ Mind-Body-Earth framework as a shared organizational language for sustainable wellbeing
  • A live somatic grounding practice they can use before a difficult meeting, before bed, or any time they notice the gap
  • The experience of having actually shifted something in the room — not just learned about shifting it

What makes this different

Most wellness speakers give your team more to understand. More information, more frameworks, more vocabulary for what they're already experiencing.

This work gives them something different — a direct, lived experience of what it feels like to shift at the body level, in real time, in the room.

The reason this matters: behavior doesn't change at the level of understanding. It changes at the level of the nervous system. And the nervous system doesn't speak the language of insight. It speaks the language of sensation, breath, and embodied practice.

That's what every session includes. Not as a nice add-on. As the core.

TESTIMONIAL
"I absolutely loved it! Combining the concept of cognitive and embodied work with ecology and climate care is interesting, poignant, and so thoughtful. Caring for ourselves is a direct path to caring for the Earth, and vice versa."

  • Executive business coach, Ellevate Network roundtable, July 2026

"I had never heard anyone emphasize that even with all the insight and knowledge we have — this does not mean we know how to embody. Such good information that I can also use with my own clients."

  • Allyson McDonald, Managing Partner, Ellevate Network

"I didn't know about interoception or the olfactory connection. I think you'll get tons of new followers."

THE CHANGING THE RESPONSE SERIES

A Six-Workshop Series for Organizations

We don't change by understanding our patterns better. We change by responding differently — until the new response becomes the wiring.

Six workshops. Each one addresses a different layer of the same disconnection. Together they produce something a single session cannot: genuine behavioral change at the nervous system level.

The six workshops: The Somatic Response — The Cognitive Response — The Scent and Sensory Response — The Relational Response — The Earth Response — The Integrated Response

Available as a single workshop, three-session series, or full six-session program.
