About Brooke
Brooke Marie Bridges is a speaker, facilitator, filmmaker, herbalist, and Somatic CBT practitioner whose work explores the intersection of mental health, resilience, motherhood, and nature-based wellbeing.
Drawing from lived experience, nervous system science, and ecological connection, she has worked with more than 150 schools and delivers keynote presentations and workshops that help audiences reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural world.
