Wild Healing

Foraging for Self-Care, Connection & Wellbeing

What if healing wasn't something you had to go somewhere else to find?

Wild Healing is an invitation to remember our relationship with the living world — and with ourselves.

Through foraging, herbalism, nature immersion, gardening, making, and embodied practices, we step out of our heads and back into relationship with Mind, Body & Earth.

We are not separate from the Earth

There is a particular kind of knowing that happens when we slow down enough to notice what is growing around us.

A plant you've walked past a hundred times suddenly has a name.

You learn what it needs.
You learn what it offers.
You gather a little.
You make something with your own hands.

And somewhere in that process, you begin to notice yourself differently, too.

Wild Healing is rooted in the belief that our relationship with the Earth can also be a relationship with ourselves and each other.

Foraging, herbalism, gardening, nature immersion, and making aren't simply ways to acquire plants or create remedies. They can become practices of presence — opportunities to slow down, listen, learn, tend, create, and reconnect.

This is about healing from the head down and the body up.

It's about getting out of our heads and back into our bodies. It's about remembering that we are part of the living landscape, not separate from it.

And it's about finding the kind of connection that doesn't require us to become someone new.

Sometimes, it simply asks us to remember who we already are.
