Brooke Marie Bridges | Multi-Hyphenate Creative
Brooke Marie Bridges is a multifaceted storyteller working across literature, performance, film, wellness, culinary arts, and sound. An author represented by Samantha Haywood at Transatlantic Agency and a SAG-AFTRA actress represented by Kamera Talent, she moves fluidly between page, screen, and stage as a writer, performer, and creative force. Formerly a child actress on Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide, Brooke’s early work in television sparked a lifelong devotion to storytelling in all its forms.
Over the past decade, she has become a nationally recognized speaker, sharing her Mind–Body–Earth wellness framework with more than 150 schools and organizations. Her work bridges internal healing and environmental reconnection, integrating somatic and cognitive behavioral approaches with herbalism, nature immersion, and ancestral Earth-based practices. As a holistic coach, herbalist, and farmer, she helps others restore alignment between the self and the natural world through grounded, embodied practice.
As a writer, Brooke is developing a nonfiction book on holistic healing and nature-based restoration, alongside a slate of literary thrillers exploring motherhood, mental health, and the complexities of modern womanhood. She is also in development on her short film The Letdown, which she writes, directs, and stars in—an intimate exploration of postpartum anxiety and the emotional landscape of new motherhood.
In addition to her work in storytelling and wellness, Brooke is also a chef, bringing her relationship with food, nourishment, and earth-based living into the culinary space as an extension of her holistic philosophy.
Beyond the page, screen, and kitchen, Brooke creates music as Bee Marie as a rapper and singer, and continues to expand her creative practice as a photographer, public speaker, and multidisciplinary artist committed to truth-telling across mediums and the integration of art, healing, nourishment, and lived experience.

The Letdown: Short Film
In The Letdown, Marie finds herself caught between overwhelming love and an undercurrent of dread she cannot escape. As her newborn’s needs intensify, so do the intrusive thoughts that haunt her: blurring the boundaries between reality and fear. Through fragmented, intimate moments, the film explores the psychological landscape of postpartum anxiety, challenging idealized notions of motherhood, and inviting deeper empathy for those who suffer in silence.

MYM presentation
“I just wanted to reach out and tell you how blown away I was by Brooke's presentation today. I received more positive feedback from students and faculty alike than I have on any other mental health programming I've brought in. She was relatable, personable, and most importantly, hopeful. Our Q&A was fantastic, and the line to meet with Brooke after the event was many students deep."
-
MYM Presentation: High School Student
"I think it was very informative. Many young people likely appreciate Brooke as well as me because of how open and vulnerable she is to share her story in hopes of helping others. I can relate to some of her experiences which feels very validating but I think that it is still helpful for people who can't relate because it is giving them insight on how to support others. One thing I took away from her presentation was DBT. I've tried multiple different types of therapy before but I would definitely be interested in this and will look into it more. I'm very grateful for people like Brooke."
-
MYM Presentation: High School Student
"I thought Brooke’s presentation was insightful because many high schoolers today deal with mental illness and most often are undetected from themselves and the information Brooke provided being her story can give other people the idea that maybe they are struggling with a mental illness and should seek help."
-
MYM presentation: School Counselor
"Brooke was amazing and delivered such an impactful message! She truly is great at what she does! Ryan and I were talking and think she would be a great person to have come back and talk to other audiences as we continue to move forward in the process of impacting our entire school community. Brooke certainly set the bar exceedingly high from my perspective!"
-
MYM Presentation: Middle School Teacher
"Thank you so much for presenting virtually to our students. The feedback from students and teachers has been nothing but positive. Your story really spoke to our school community and seemed to resonate with a lot of our students."
