In our 1:1 coaching practice we focus on getting you UNSTUCK. Helping you get out of your own way, while also becoming clear on your values, your schemas (the way you organize your world), and what changes you want to make. We co-create this journey together.

Focus Areas

Sleep & Chronic Insomnia

CBT-I, or cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia has been shown to be extremely effective in managing and healing chronic sleep disorders.

Chronic Pain

CBT has been used for pain when all else fails. We use CBT paired with somatic micro-movements, and handcrafted herbal remedies like balms, oils, soaks, and butters to create a well-rounded approach to chronic pain.

Anxiety & Panic Attacks

Cogntive behavioral, mindfulness, movement, and herbal fragrances and time in nature has been proven to reduce symptoms of chronic anxiety as well as help to build resilience against acute episodes of severe emotional distress.

Relationship Issues

We focus on the DBT framework toward interpersonal effectiveness. We work upward from Mindfulness, to Distress Tolerance, to Emotional Regulation, and then to Interpersonal Effectiveness to build a solid foundation toward interactive effectively with others.

Nutrition, Exercise & Weight Loss

We take note of neuroscience, hormone health, nutritional science, and many other forms of research to inform our holistic approaches to nutrition and weight loss. We approach weight loss from a mindset perspective, first focusing on limiting beliefs around weight and nutrition while implementing simple, effective techniques.

We also offer testing through Thorne, a supplement and testing company, for anyone interested in learning more about their body data.

Mind (Cognitive)

We utilize cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies to help facilitate shifts in narratives and the rewriting of patterns in the brain. For example, if you believe everyone is out to get you, you may struggle to create meaningful connections. Although we can’t undo that narrative, we can write over it.

Body (Somatic)

Emotions, experiences, and memories live in our bodies. As we work toward rewriting narratives and schemas that no longer serve us, it’s important to begin identifying where these experiences and emotions live in the body so we can move them through.

Earth (Herbalism & Nature)

A major component to the work I do in coaching is connected to the Mother Earth. We work with herbs and plant medicine (no psychedelics), to find allies that can lead you into a deeper relationship with nature, and ultimately to yourself and the beings around you.

3-Month Package ($1550)

$1395 includes: 

  • One 2-hour long initial consult
  • Three 1 hour long calls/month (9 total) (if local, these sessions can be in-person)
  • 2 Handcrafted boxes full of handcrafted, customized self-care goodies and a journal for recording prompts and realizations throughout the program
  • Ongoing virtual support through resources, videos, and workshops. 
    *packages are non refundable except under extenuating circumstances.*

6-Month Package ($3,000)

$3000 includes:

  • One 2-hour long initial consult
  • Three 1-hour long calls/month (18 total) (if local, these sessions can be in-person)
  • 3 handcrafted boxes full of customized, handcrafted self-care products made by me
  • A journal for recording prompts and the process
  • Ongoing virtual support through resources, videos, workshops, and email exchanges. 
    *packages are non refundable except under extenuating circumstances.*
  • Week 1 - Mindfulness & Values Work

    In Week 1, we will identify your values, what you stand for, and how (or how not) you’re emulating these values in your life. We will introduce mindfulness, talk about the benefits, and integrate easy daily tools.

  • Week 2 - Advanced Mindfulness & Self-Awareness

    In this week, we’ll deepen mindfulness practices to enhance emotional intelligence by tapping into emotions and how they show up in the mind and body.

  • Week 3 - Building Resilience & Distress Tolerance Skills

    In this week, we’ll discuss the importance of coping skills to interrupt extreme emotional responses. We will identify common stressors in your life, and find ways to cognitively and somatically ease their burden.
