9/13/26 - Foraging Walk | At Urban Fresh Farm

Join us for a foraging walk at Urban Fresh Farm on Sunday September 13th from 10-1 PM! We will enjoy a gluten free, vegan lunch together full of farm-fresh ingredients like basil, squash, onions, and garlic. We will also drink a delicious basil mocktail together! 

We will explore many wild medicinal plants together like:

• Dandelion
• Bee Balm / Wild Bergamot
• Stinging Nettles
• Mullein
• Yarrow
• Borage
• Burdock
• Plantain Leaf
• and more!

Bring a notebook, and you will be provided with an Herbal Profile Sheet and we will break down how to build an herbal profile and how to identify certain special, local plants.

Sliding scale will include facilitation and a light lunch and drinks. Kids are welcome! Please pick a sliding scale option that reflects your true ability to pay and support this programming **
