10/26/25 - Unearthing the Authentic Self Retreat

Allow yourself to be filled up with your own love, community care, delicious healthy foods, and herbal magic this Fall with the Unearthing the Authentic Self Wellness Retreat at The Refuge in Troy NY. 

In this retreat, guided by Brooke Bridges of Unearthing Wellness (Mother of 2, Somatic CBT Coach, Nutrition Coach, Chef, Herbalist, Mental Health Speaker, and a woman who has been through it), we will deepen into our own selves by understanding the blocks that keep us stuck, identifying places in our bodies that hold stress, fear, and negative emotion, understand and intuitively listen to our bodies, and so much more.

Let's get together to reflect, understand, learn, and envision as we head into a period of deep rest.  

Together, we will enjoy:

• Delicious GF & DF snacks
• Herbal teas, shrubs (drinking vinegars), and fermented sodas to enjoy all day.
• Lunch & Learn to cook healthily and intuitively together 
• Meditation & Mindfulness practices to deepen our self-care
• Movement & Somatic practices to better understand where emotions live in our bodies. 
• Envisioning and vision boarding together to identify how we want to move into winter. 
• Deep community connection, discussion, and learning. 

**Everyone will have access to a PDF download of our workbook, or if you'd like one printed, you can add that on. Deadline for workbook printing is 10/17**

Our sliding scale option allows for equitable, sustainable pricing for all. Please choose the tier that is realistic for you so others may do the same. If you cannot afford anything on this scale, please reach out to me and we will see what we can do. If you'd like to donate to a neighbor so they can attend, please reach out!
