The Integrated Root™ is a guided 6-week group experience that helps you rebuild self-trust through the connection between:

  • Mind (your internal narratives and beliefs)
  • Body (your nervous system and emotional signals)
  • Earth (your relationship to grounding, nature, and regulation)

This is not about self-improvement.

It’s about re-integration after long-term overwhelm.

WHAT CHANGES IN THIS PROGRAM

These 5 core phases take us from fight or flight into relaxation, nourishment, and renewal. In these phases, we use a combination of Mind (cognitive behavioral), Body (somatic therapy & nutrition), and Earth (nature immersion and herbal remedies) modalities for holistic wellness .

  • Phase 1: Release & Renewal: Here, we focus on letting go of what no longer serves
  • Phase 2: Resilience & Fortitude: In this phase, we focus: on fortifying in body & mind)
  • Phase 3: Softening, Spirit & Stillness: In this phase we work on decreasing anxiety and stress.
  • Phase 4: Nourishment & Vitality: Here, we focus on filling our cup with deeply nutritive habits and plants to strengthen our center.
  • Phase 5: Clarity & Breath: In this final phase, we focus on receptivity.

Over 6 weeks, you will learn to:

  • Recognize your stress patterns without judgment
  • Understand your nervous system responses
  • Reconnect with your body’s signals
  • Shift internal narratives that keep you stuck
  • Build small, realistic grounding practices
  • Re-establish a sense of identity beyond survival mode

You don’t leave with “new habits.”

You leave with a new relationship to yourself.

THE STRUCTURE

  • 6 weekly live group sessions (90 minutes)
  • Gentle between-session practices (10–20 min max)
  • Optional nature-based grounding exercises
  • Private group support space
  • Designed for real life (not ideal conditions)

About our Founder

My name is Brooke Marie Bridges. I am a Mother of 2, an herbalist, a farmer, a chef, a former preschool teacher, and a lover of natural, holistic ways of healing.

I started this work when I was 16 years old, wondering how to solve my own mental health challenges like anxiety, panic attacks, and negative coping mechanisms. I began to explore what it meant to be a human in this world, and started exploring different modalities of healing.

From talk therapy, to cognitive behavioral therapy, to a career as a personal chef and nutritionist, to a fitness influencer, and eventually to a homesteading herbalist who understood the value of hiking barefoot and looking up at the tree canopy; I have a passion for switching out toxic products and side-effect laden medicines with nature's gifts, and sharing what I learn, as I learn it, with everyone.

My work as an herbalist, Somatic cognitive behavioral coach, chef, nutritionist, and Earth listener was born from my own needs when I wanted to get pregnant with my first child, only to find out my hormones were out of whack, likely from the skin and hair care products I was using.

I fixed my hormones through handcrafting my own botanical remedies, connecting with the Earth, and continuing to do the inner work I needed to expand.

I now teach young people and adults alike about the holistic healing modalities that took me from strung out and on medication, to learning real ways to rewire my brain, cultivate gratitude, and make life-changing shifts in behavior and emotional wellness.
